What’s the Refund Policy?

Cancellations and Transfers:

You must email the cancellation request in writing by emailing our office in Dublin
If request is made less than 3 calendar days prior to the workshop start date, no refunds will be issued (however you may transfer to a colleague)
Failure to attend the workshop without notification will result in forfeiture of the full workshop price and no refunds will be issued.
If Agilitysmith cancels for any unforeseen circumstances, then you may either transfer to a future class or receive a full refund of the ticket + VAT.

Substitutions:

Life happens. You can transfer your registration to a colleague or friend at least 3 calendar days prior to the start of workshop free of charge. They must have the original ticket and you must send us an email to verify exchange. No meal substitutions or any extras will be provided for substituted party.
If request is made less than 3 calendar days prior to the workshop start date, no refunds will be issued.
