Koren is a Business Agility Coach and Learning Experience Facilitator with 30 years multinational industry experience in many sectors, from start-ups to Fortune 500s seeking to disrupt their markets with new technology.
Empowered by Agile-Lean ways of working since 2007, initially as a test engineer then wore multiple hats as a Release Manager, Technical Lead, Agile Project Manager/Team Facilitator, SCRUM Master, SWE Manager & Agile Coach. Ultimately her path led her to become the seasoned Coach, Facilitator & ICAgile certified Instructor that she is today.
Koren incorporates design thinking, liberating structures, systems thinking, somatic sensing, integral theory and accelerated learning expertise throughout her practice to benefit those she serves and guides.
I started my career as a Geologist – instead of rocks, I am now breaking down barriers to creativity, trust, evolutionary growth & innovation. Started on an amazing adventure in 2017, and moved from Seattle -the emerald city, to Dublin -the emerald isle, back to my ancestral roots. Since then I have worked on several innovation projects using Human Centered design with IoT, Ai, Blockchain & Digital Identity technology in Life Sciences, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Travel & Humanitarian sectors.

For fun it is: Traveling throughout my new home and across Europe; Hiking and walking with friends across Wicklow & Dublin counties; staying connected with family and giving back to my communities; live music events from the local pub, park and to concerts – Elbow and Snow Patrol are 2 of my faves. At work it is: seeing that aha moment on people’s faces; the energy that arises out of interactive experiences; and geeking out on the really cool, innovative, creative stuff wicked smart teams dream up and bring to reality.
I am empathetic and resilient, filled with fierce courage and hope. I get really charged up after facilitating a long session as it is the connection with people that bring me the most energy. As a natural born tester, if there’s an issue, I will find it, or it will find me 🙂
My learning journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University which included course-work in computer science, GIS modeling, pre-engineering, pre-med, foreign language and english literature. Certifications:
